FAQ

A recruiter answering questions on a call

The questions candidates ask us most often, answered plainly.

If yours is not here, careers@zealogics.com reaches a person rather than a queue.

01 — Applying

Before you apply.

Do I need to apply to a specific role?

Yes — the AI interview is calibrated per role, so it starts from a posting. If two look right, apply to both; the interview is short.

Can I apply in more than one country?

Yes. Postings are per country because employment and pay bands are, but applying to several is normal and is not held against you.

I applied before and was not successful. Can I reapply?

After six months, or immediately if it is a materially different role. Your previous file is visible to the recruiter and is context, not a mark.

Do you accept speculative applications?

Send one to careers@zealogics.com. It is read — but a posting will always move faster.

02 — Working here

Once you are in.

Is this contract work or permanent employment?

Both exist, and every posting says which. Our staffing business places contractors; our engineering and AI programmes are staffed by permanent employees.

Will I be moved between clients?

Programmes here run long, and continuity is the point of them. A move happens when a programme ends, or when you ask for one — not to fill a gap.

What happens between programmes?

You stay employed and paid, and the time goes into a structured upskilling track. See Develop with us.

Do you sponsor visas?

In several of our markets, yes, and the posting states it. Immigration handling is done in-house.

Ready when you are
