The same cycle, the same exceptions, every single month.
Reconciliation, close, commentary and regulatory reporting absorb capacity on a schedule. We automate the preparation and leave the approval exactly where the control framework put it.

01 — Where the time goes
Automation in finance is a controls question first.
The model is the easy part of the conversation.
Anything that touches a ledger, a customer communication or a regulatory return has to be explainable to somebody who was not in the room. That rules out most of what gets demonstrated as finance AI, and it is why we design the approval model before we design the workflow.
What is left is still substantial. Exception triage, evidence gathering, commentary drafting, document checks and reconciliation matching are preparation work, and preparation is where the month goes.
Every agent action is logged with its inputs and its reasoning, so a control tester can replay a decision rather than take it on trust. That is the difference between an automation that survives internal audit and one that gets switched off after the first quarter.
Talk to Zealogics02 — What you get back
Prepared by an agent. Approved by a person. Logged either way.

EXCEPTION, EVIDENCE, PROPOSAL, APPROVAL — RECORDED.
03 — What the work covers
Where we work in financial services.
Where this shows up
Finance operations and shared service centres
Controllership and group reporting
Credit, risk and treasury functions
Internal controls and compliance teams
Customer operations and onboarding
Typical stack
Reconciliation and exception handling
Matching beyond the rules already automated, exceptions triaged with the supporting evidence attached, and proposed resolutions that a controller approves or rejects rather than researches.
Close and reporting
Close-task orchestration across teams, variance commentary drafted from the movements themselves, and reporting packs assembled with every figure traceable to its source.
Credit, risk and portfolio narrative
Credit memos and risk narratives prepared from the underlying data and documents, with the analysis visible and the conclusion left to the person accountable for it.
Controls, KYC and regulatory change
Controls testing evidence gathered and sampled, KYC and onboarding document checks, and regulatory change tracked against the procedures it affects.
04 — What ships with it
What a financial services engagement leaves behind.
A demonstration is not a deliverable. These are the artefacts an engagement leaves with your team — owned by you, runnable without us, and auditable by whoever has to sign for them.
01
The approval model
Which steps an agent prepares, which a person approves, and what happens when it is unsure — agreed before anything is built.
02
Exception triage
Breaks classified and evidenced, with the recurring ones separated from the ones worth a controller's attention.
03
Drafted commentary
Variance and performance narrative written from the movements, citing them, for a reviewer to sharpen rather than start.
04
Assembled reporting packs
Generated from source with the arithmetic visible, which removes both the retyping and the version argument.
05
Controls evidence
Testing evidence gathered and organised the way the tester needs it, rather than requested by email a week before the deadline.
06
A replayable audit trail
Every agent action with its inputs, its sources and its reasoning, retained for the people whose job is to check it.

- —Treasury cash-flow planning
Governance — Approval gates on every journal entry and every customer-facing output, with a replayable audit trail behind each one.
06 — In your words
What clients say before they call us.
“The same twenty breaks come back every month.”
Exception triage
“Commentary is written at midnight by whoever is left.”
Drafted commentary
“Audit asks for evidence and three people go looking for it.”
Controls evidence gathering

Eleven more sectors we work in.
A problem is rarely unique to its industry. Most of what we build here has been built next door as well, which is usually why it arrives faster the second time.

Bring us one cycle.
One reconciliation, one close task, one reporting pack. Enough to prove the controls hold and the preparation time moves.
