What we are like to work with.

Stories and a channel full of films — about how Zealogics thinks, delivers and behaves, rather than about the technologies on the price list.

01 — Why this section exists

Capability pages tell you what a company sells.
They rarely tell you what it is like on a difficult Thursday.

The rest of this site describes services, products and industries, and it describes them accurately. What it cannot easily carry is character — how a problem is approached before anyone proposes a technology, what happens when something goes wrong, and why a customer calls back four years later.

So these are stories rather than case studies. No customer is named, because most of the work we are proudest of belongs to somebody else. What is here is the part that is ours: the habits.

Engineers from different disciplines gathered around a whiteboard covered in a hand-drawn process map

01 / Perspective

Different Industries. The Same Obsession: Solve the Problem.

In one week our teams can be inside a wafer fab, an audit practice, a certification body and a government programme. The buildings could not be less alike. The first hour is almost identical.

Great Technology Starts With the People Who Use It.

Nobody has ever asked us for a beautiful screen. They ask for their Tuesday afternoon back. Why we treat experience design as part of engineering rather than a finishing coat.

03 / Partnership

The Best Customer Relationships Outlive the Project.

Most of our longest engagements began as something small and clearly scoped. Delivery is what wins the first project. Something else entirely is what earns the second.

What a Global Technology Leader Taught Us About Precision.

Some environments do not negotiate. Working in advanced technology taught us that the document is part of the deliverable, that small details compound, and that 'roughly right' is a category error.

When Trust Is Part of the Technology.

In audit, assurance, inspection and certification work, a right answer that cannot be evidenced is not an answer. What that teaches you about putting AI into decisions that matter.

800+ People. Ten Countries. One Delivery Mindset.

Engineers, designers, AI specialists, business analysts, delivery leads and the people who answer the phone — spread across ten countries and several disciplines that do not naturally agree.

From the Boardroom to the Factory Floor.

In the same week: decision intelligence for an executive team, and a vision model watching a production line. The distance between those two rooms is the whole job.

Fourteen Years of Change. One Thing Hasn't Changed.

New Jersey, 2012. Since then the technology has been replaced several times over — software, cloud, data, automation, and now AI. The sentence we started with has not needed rewriting.

03 — On film

Some things are better watched.

Product films, the company itself, the events we turn up at and a fair amount of life at Zealogics. Everything plays here — nothing leaves the page unless you want it to.

Have a problem worth solving?

Bring it to us.

Whether it is an enterprise workflow, an operational challenge or simply an AI idea you want to validate, we will help work out the most practical way forward.
