How we hire

A candidate taking the AI interview on a laptop

Five steps, days rather than months — and you can start the first one right now.

Hiring at Zealogics begins with an AI interview you take when it suits you, which removes the slowest part of a normal process: waiting for a slot. What follows is a human reading your score alongside your profile, then engineers talking to you about the work.

01 — The process

Five steps.

01Day 0

Take the AI interview

Pick the role you are interested in and start straight away. No slot to wait for, and no CV screen ahead of it.

02Day 0

Submit with your score

Your interview is submitted together with a structured score against that role's rubric.

03Days 1–3

HR review

A recruiter reads the score alongside your profile and role fit, then confirms next steps either way.

04Days 3–7

Technical

A working conversation with the engineers you would join — about your work and theirs, not about trivia.

05Days 7–14

Offer and onboard

Compliance, paperwork and start date handled in days. Onboarding is planned before you arrive.

02 — What to expect

Answers to the awkward questions.

Is the AI interview a filter that discards people?

No. It produces a score and a transcript, both of which a recruiter reads. Nobody is rejected by the model alone.

What if I need a different format?

Ask, at any stage. Interview format, timing and tooling are adjustable, and you do not need to justify the request.

Will I hear back if the answer is no?

Yes, at every stage, naming the stage you reached. Silence is not a decision we send.

How long does the whole thing take?

Typically two weeks from interview to offer. Roles requiring clearance or a visa take longer, and the posting says so.

Ready when you are

Roles across engineering, AI, data and delivery — in ten countries and fully remote. The AI interview starts the moment you pick one.
