Sustainability
Responsible by design, not by report.
Sustainability at Zealogics is not a separate programme. It is the same thing our clients audit us on: how we treat the people who do the work, how we govern the systems we build, and what we leave behind in the places we operate.
This page describes what we actually do, and what has been independently verified. Where a commitment is not yet audited, we say so rather than claim a standard we do not hold.
01 — Where our decisions have consequences
Four responsibilities we can be held to.
01 / People
The people who do the work
800+ professionals across ten countries, hired locally and developed in place. Our workplace practices are certified by the Great Place to Work® Institute.
Careers at Zealogics
02 / AI
The AI we put into production
Every system we build carries human oversight, evaluation, guardrails and an audit trail — because an ungoverned model is a liability we would be handing to a client.
Responsible AI
03 / Trust
The data we are trusted with
Certified information security management under ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 3 appraised delivery — the same controls on every programme, in every country.
Security
04 / Local value
The economies we work in
Delivery centres, nearshore teams and local hiring rather than fly-in consulting. In the UAE our contribution is measured under the In-Country Value programme.
02 — How it shows up in the work
Three practices, not three pledges.
01 / People
Careers, not placements
We hire in the countries we deliver from and keep people across engagements rather than releasing them at the end of one. That is what makes fourteen years of domain knowledge possible, and it is why a workplace certification matters to us more than a headcount does.
- —Local hiring across ten countries
- —Long-term teams carried between engagements
- —Great Place to Work® certified workplace
- —Equal-opportunity hiring in every region
02 / Governance
Governed AI as the default
An AI system that cannot be explained, evaluated or overruled is not finished. Oversight, guardrails and auditability are built in during delivery rather than added after something has gone wrong in production.
- —Human oversight designed into every workflow
- —Evaluation, guardrails and model observability
- —Role-based access and full audit trails
- —Data residency respected — cloud, on-premises or sovereign
03 / Operations
Delivery that travels less
Our nearshore and offshore model was built for coverage and cost, but its other effect is that programmes run without a consulting team in the air every week. The work happens where the people already are.
- —Delivery centres close to the markets they serve
- —Remote-first collaboration as the default
- —On-site presence where the work genuinely needs it
- —Shared platforms rather than duplicated infrastructure
03 — Independently verified
Audited by the bodies that set the standard.
These are the marks we hold today. Each is assessed by the issuing body rather than asserted by us — which is what makes it worth putting on this page.
Certificates available on request.
Zealogics does not currently publish an audited ESG report. Everything on this page is either independently certified or a practice we can evidence on request.
