Compensation and benefits

A recruiter and a candidate reviewing an offer

How pay is set, and what comes with it.

Zealogics operates in ten countries with different statutory floors, tax treatments and market rates, so the specifics differ by location and the offer you receive lists them in full. What does not differ is the method, which is set out below.

01 — How pay is set

From the band, not from your last payslip.

Every offer names the band it came from and where in it you have landed.

AnnuallyOn promotionOn a market re-benchmark

Base salary

Set from the published band for the role in the market it sits in. Prior salary is not asked for and is not used.

Variable pay

Where a role carries it, tied to outcomes named in writing at the start of the period rather than assessed afterwards.

Referral and certification awards

Paid for referrals that reach hire, and for certifications completed on a supported track.

Review cadence

Once a year for everyone, plus at promotion and whenever a market re-benchmark moves the band you sit in.

02 — What comes with it

Standard everywhere we can make it standard.

Statutory entitlements differ by country and always apply on top of this list; your offer sets out the local detail.

01

Health cover

Medical cover for you and your dependants, to the standard of the market you are employed in.

02

Retirement

Employer contribution to the local retirement or provident scheme, from your start date.

03

Paid leave

Annual leave, public holidays, sick leave and parental leave at or above the statutory floor in each country.

04

Equipment

The machine and peripherals you need, chosen by you within the specification for your discipline.

05

Learning budget

Certification fees, exam costs and study time on a supported track — see Develop with us.

06

Relocation and mobility

Support for a move where a role requires one, including visa and immigration handling.
